Christmas Delivery FAQ's

When is the last order for my Christmas gift? 
For delivery before Christmas, order with standard delivery by Monday 11 December 2017.

When will my order arrive? 
If you've ordered before the last order delivery dates above, your order should arrive before Christmas and within our usual delivery times listed below.

Our last order dates are based on items which dispatch within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for delivery to ensure your order arrives with plenty of time to gift-wrap. 

Christmas Gifts FAQ's

My order is a gift, do you offer any gift wrapping services? 
Yes we offer gift wrapping services. For an additional $9.99, your order will come beautifully packaged in a deluxe white box lined with tissue paper. 

Do you sell gift cards? 
Unfortunately, gift cards are not available at this time. 

My order is unwanted, can I return it?
Yes, please see our returns process further down the page. 

Standard Delivery Charges

Orders over $90 will be delivered FREE* of charge.

Orders under $90 will be delivered for a flat fee of $15.

All orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse using Australia Post’s E-Parcel service.  When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from Australia Post. In order to track your parcel, please click the link embedded in the email.

Please allow between up to 12 business days for your order to arrive.

*Standard delivery charges apply to orders that are less than 15kg and are to be delivered within New Zealand. Orders over 15kg will be charged at a bulk shipping rate. Please contact us

Returns

We want you to have a great shopping experience with us but understand that ordering online can be tricky. If, for whatever reason, you change your mind and wish to return an item you’ve purchased, we have a 30 day refund policy. Items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging still in place. 

Unwanted items must be sent along with proof of purchase to the below address:

Once we have received the item and your refund has been processed it can take between 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to credit your account.

Please note that we do not reimburse delivery costs on sending unwanted goods and gift wrapping services and we only refund the cost of the items returned.
